个人简介

陈凌懿,南开大学生命科学学院教授、博导,副院长,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。1999 北京大学 学士;2004 美国西北大学 博士;2005--2008 美国哈佛大学 博士后;2008-至今 南开大学生命科学学院 教授、博导。已在包括Cell、Nature、PNAS、Cell Research等杂志上发表论文30余篇。他的研究目标是阐明胚胎干细胞多能性维持的分子机制,以及小鼠早期胚胎发育中细胞命运决定的分子调控机制。例如,胚胎干细胞是如何在不断自我更新的同时维持它的分化潜能?而单个受精卵细胞又是如何分化形成各种类型的细胞?特别是在囊胚形成过程中,内细胞团细胞和滋养层细胞的命运是如何决定的?

研究方向

(1)胚胎干细胞多能性维持的分子机制;

(2)小鼠早期胚胎发育的分子调控机制;

(3)肿瘤的致病基因及其作用机制。
