个人简介

刘林,南开大学生命科学学院教授、药物化学生物学国家重点实验室教授、南开大学人民医院转化医学研究院教授。1993年北京农业大学(现中国农业大学)获博士学位。1994-1998年先后曾赴英国剑桥Babraham研究所、美国康奈尔大学、康州大学作访问学者、博士后研究。1998-2004年美国布朗大学医学院、妇女儿童医院妇产科系研究员、助理教授。2004年中山大学特聘教授。2007年南开大学生命科学学院特聘教授、2012南开大学杰出教授。2006-2011兼聘南佛罗里达大学医学院妇产科系访问助理教授。1998-2011美国海洋生物学实验室(MBL)兼职副研究员。现主要研究方向:1) 端粒和异染色质在体细胞重编程获得干细胞多能性、肿瘤发生及干细胞衰老与再生的作用及调控机制; 2) 卵巢衰老机理与干预的新策略。主持了多项国家重大项目,包括国家重点研发计划、国家重大科学研究计划、国家国际科技合作专项、国家自然科学基金委重点及重大研究计划项目等。获多项奖励、荣誉,包括美国生殖医学会辅助生殖技术一等奖,教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授,国家杰出青年基金获得者,国家百千万人才工程“有突出贡献中青年专家”,天津市“干细胞与再生医学”创新团队带头人,细胞生态海河实验室为“揭榜挂帅”项目首席专家等。任中国生物物理学会衰老生物学分会理事,中国细胞生物学会干细胞生物学分会委员,中国细胞生物学会衰老细胞生物学分会副秘书长,中国生殖生物学分会理事,天津市干细胞临床研究专家委员会第一届委员会委员等多个学术团体。担任多个科技期刊编委包括Science Bulletin, Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, Frontiers in Oncology, Precision Clinical Medicine, 及过去服务的期刊如Science China Life Sciences, Biology of Reproduction, J Assist Reprod Genet等。发表在包括Nature Biotechnology, Nature Cell Biology, Nature, Nature Communications, Developmental Cell, PNAS, Human Reproduction 等SCI论文170余篇,参编8部英文专著章节,文章被引用 9000余次。
