研究方向:生物医药
本实验室围绕恶性肿瘤的治疗为目标,发展生物类型的抗肿瘤药物及抗肿瘤的治疗性疫苗,具体如下:
1.抗体及蛋白类抗肿瘤药物: 进行抗肿瘤的抗体类药物的设计,筛选,修饰及广泛的细胞和动物水平上的生物活性的评价;
2.抗肿瘤光动力治疗:设计和发展肿瘤特异性的治疗肿瘤用的光敏药物,新型的以肿瘤治疗为目的的光动力治疗及光动力免疫治疗新方法;
3.抗肿瘤治疗性疫苗及肿瘤免疫治疗:发展新型的免疫活化策略,新型的肿瘤治疗性疫苗和肿瘤的免疫治疗新方法。
