李国强,男,2000年河北工业大学本科毕业,2003年天津商业大学硕士毕业,2006年南开大学博士毕业,2006~2008年在南开大学环境科学与工程学院从事博士后研究工作。2008年博士后出站后留校任教。现任南开大学生科院副教授。讲授“微生物学实验”、“微生物发酵工程实验”、“生命科学导论”、“工业微生物原理”等课程。先后承担国家级、省部级科研项目3项,油田横向项目4项。获得天津市科技进步奖和第七届高等教育天津市级教学成果奖。
    主要研究领域为微生物提高石油采收率和石油污染治理。包括油藏微生物多样性的分析,激活本源微生物提高石油采收率,产生物破乳剂、生物表面活性剂、生物聚合物菌株的筛选、遗传改良及产物分析,降解石油烃菌株的筛选、解烃机理、解烃基因的遗传改良、采油工程菌的构建,成品油微生物脱硫等。在Environmental Science & Technology、Scientific Reports、Bioresource Technology、Applied and Environmental Microbiology等学术期刊发表研究论文40余篇,参与编写教材3部、翻译专著3部。
