    龙加福: 男, 现任南开大学生命科学学院教授,博士生导师,校特聘教授,2007年度教育部新世纪优秀人才,第十三届天津青年科技奖入选者。1999年毕业于南开大学生命科学学院生物化学及分子生物学系, 获得学士学位, 同年9月进入香港科技大学生物化学系学习, 2004年8月获得香港科技大学生物化学博士学位(导师为张明杰院士). 2004年9月至2006年12月于香港科技大学生物化学系从事博士后研究。

    主要研究方向:运用多学科交叉的手段和方法系统地研究蛋白质或复合物的结构与功能。现实验室主要进行以下项目的研究:表观遗传调控蛋白的结构与功能;参与细胞极性调控的蛋白复合物的分子机理;与人类重大疾病相关蛋白的作用机理。主持973计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、天津市自然科学基金重点项目等。作为通讯作者或第一作者在国际一流杂志Nature Struc.Mol.Biol., PNAS, Cell Res., Angewandte Chemie Int.Ed., Nucleic Acids Res., Structure, JMCB, FASEB J., JBC, JMB等发表论文和其它论文共30余篇。论文总影响因子超过270,总引用次数超过850,详情见链接(https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Jiafu_Long)。

    Following finishing his undergraduate studies in Nankai University in 1999, China, Jiafu Long received his PhD degree of Biochemistry in 2004 for the works on the supramodular nature of neuronal scaffolding proteins in Mingjie Zhang’s lab (Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong) and subsequently carried out postdoctoral research in the same lab for three years. Then he begun independent research in Nankai University in 2007 as a specially-appointed Professor. In 2007, he was selected in the New Century Talent of the Ministry of Education of China, and he was one of the winners in the thirteenth Tianjin Youth Science and Technology Award in 2015. He is currently a Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in the College of Life Science and the State Key Laboratory of Medicinal Chemical Biology at Nankai University.
    Research in Long laboratory has focused on epigenetic gene regulation and disease. Currently, a series of interesting results have been obtained regarding the molecular mechanism of histone modification complex assembly and the regulatory mechanism of chromatin remodeling. From the angle of biochemistry and structural biology, these results promoted the epigenetic mechanism of multi-protein complexes involved in the regulation of gene expression, and make some contribution to the development of science. He has published original research articles in Nat Struc Mol Biol, PNAS, Angew Chem Int Ed, Nucleic Acid Res, Structure, FASEB J, JBC and among others.
