 谈娟,女,2003年毕业于扬州大学,获理学学士学位;2008年毕业于南开大学生命科学学院微生物系,获理学博士学位;2008年6月至2010年6月,在南开大学化学学院化学生物学系从事博士后研究;同年7月留校任教。现任南开大学生命科学学院副教授。讲授“基因操作原理”、“病毒学”、“分子病毒学”等课程。

主要研究反转录病毒(包括慢病毒和泡沫病毒)感染过程中病毒与宿主细胞的相互作用。在Journal of Virology, Retrovirology, Cellular Microbiology, Virology, Virus Research, PLoS One, Journal of Virological Methods, Virus genes和Virologica Sinica等期刊上发表多篇文章。目前主持国家自然科学基金3项(面上项目2项、青年项目1项),主持天津市青年基金项目1项,并在博士后期间获得第45批中国博士后科学基金二等资助,作为主要参加人先后完成“十一五”、“十二五”国家重大专项各1项,973项目1项,国家自然科学基金2项,高校博士点基金1项。
