个人简介

冯喜增,博士、教授、博士研究生导师,1990年至1996年在南开大学化学系,获理学硕士和理学博士学位;1996年至2003年分别在中国科学院化学研究所、美国、英国从事博士后研究;2003年回国,被聘为南开大学特聘教授。主要的研究方向包括鼠卵母细胞成熟的影响机制、帕金森药物对帕金森模型鼠的治疗及其机制、斑马鱼神经生物学方向。

研究方向

目前实验室的研究方向包括:

1. 鼠卵母细胞成熟方向,目前的研究内容为环境激素及内分泌干扰物对鼠发育及卵母细胞成熟影响的分子机制及表观遗传学等,研究其对延缓细胞周期、微管组装及相关蛋白磷酸化甲基化水平的影响,并分析其是否会引起早期凋亡和自噬效应。

2. 帕金森药物研究方向:构建PD鼠模型在行为学与分子水平上研究药物对帕金森的改善效果及其治疗机制,另外找寻活性物质与左旋多巴协同来降低左旋多巴过量所导致的副作用。

3. 斑马鱼研究方向,主要研究斑马鱼行为学与神经科学,进行药物筛选,研究内分泌干扰物、纳米粒子、环境污染物、除草剂、杀虫剂等物质对斑马鱼形态发育的毒性,及对斑马鱼行为学及神经发育的影响。通过构建斑马鱼疾病模型,研究药物对焦虑、癫痫、抑郁等精神疾病的研究,并结合组织化学和分子手段研究疾病的作用机理和对机体行为学方面的影响。借助学科交叉,利用搭建的视频追踪检测平台和方法,研究药物作用对斑马鱼行为学方面的影响。
