个人简介

南开大学英才岗位教授,博士生导师,南开大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学系系主任,天津市蛋白质重点实验室主任,药物化学生物学国家重点实验室研究员,疫苗领域国家重点研发计划首席专家。1997年本科毕业于中国科技大学;2002年博士毕业于中科院上海有机所,2003到2008期间在美国Scripps研究所作博士后研究,2009年至今在南开大学生命科学学院任职,从事抗体药物,疫苗和免疫治疗等方面研究。回国以来主持和参与的科研项目有:主持国家自然科学基金(项目编号31970873,31270926,21072107和20942012)和天津市自然科学重点基金项目(18JCZDJC33300和13JCZDJC28300);主持校企合作项目(抗体技术,2022-2027,350万, 2017-2022,290万;光动力药物,2017-2023,90万; 疫苗技术,2022-2023, 50万);主持天津市科技支撑计划重点项目“基于报告转基因小鼠和活体动物成像手段的高通量药物筛选”(项目编号 09ZCKFSH08200,2009-2011年,50万);主持和参与科技部重点研发计划,973计划和基金委重大仪器研制计划等(项目编号2022YFC2304200,2017YFC1104400,31527801,2010CB529100和2010CB911800)。以通信或第一作者身份发表SCI论著50多篇,当前实验室发展的多个候选药物和创新技术在进行临床转化,其中一款药物进入临床研究。
