个人简介

莫李东教授于2018年至2023年于瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院(ETH Zurich)获得生态学博士学位,2023至2025年6月任苏黎世联邦理工学院博士后研究员。2025年6月起受聘南开大学生命科学学院教授。他的研究聚焦于气候变化和人类活动影响下的全球系统生态学,其研究体系从微观尺度的植物功能性状研究,到中观尺度的生物群落研究,最终延伸至宏观尺度的生态系统研究。他的研究内容涵盖全球生态格局分析与生态过程机制探索,包含“格局-过程-机制”的完整研究范式。其主要工作以第一作者/通讯作者发表在Nature、Nature Ecology & Evolution、PNAS,Global change biology等期刊。
