个人简介

任安芝,女,民盟盟员,南开大学生命科学学院植物生物学和生态学系教授、博士生导师,中国生态学学会教育工作委员会委员、天津市生态学会秘书长。先后在南开大学获得本科、硕士及博士学位后留校任教。于2006-2007年和2016-2017年间分别赴美国印第安纳大学和新西兰皇家草地研究中心进行合作研究。 近年来,主持或作为研究骨干先后承担国家973项目子课题2项、国家重点研发计划项目子课题1项、国家自然科学基金项目8项、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金1项、教育部骨干教师资助计划1项、教育部科学技术研究重点项目1项、教育部博士点基金3项、天津市自然科学基金1项、南开大学科技发展基金1项,在国内外核心期刊上发表学术论文90余篇, 其中SCI收录40余篇,参编教材和科研专著8部。担任国家自然科学基金评委、Plant and Soil, Fungal Ecology, Plant Ecology,生态学报、应用生态学报、植物生态学报、草业科学等杂志审稿人。目前的研究工作主要集中在以下两个方面:1)内生真菌和天然禾草的相互作用机制研究;2)感染内生真菌的草坪草在退化土壤的植物修复中的应用研究。

研究方向

目前的研究工作主要集中在以下两个方面:1)内生真菌和天然禾草的相互作用机制研究;2)感染内生真菌的草坪草在污染土壤的植物修复中的应用研究。
