谈娟

谈娟，女，2003年毕业于扬州大学，获理学学士学位；2008年毕业于南开大学生命科学学院微生物系，获理学博士学位；2008年6月至2010年6月，在南开大学化学学院化学生物学系从事博士后研究；同年7月留校任教。现任南开大学生命科学学院研究员。讲授“基因操作原理”、“病毒学”、“分子病毒学”等课程。 主要研究反转录病毒（慢病毒和泡沫病毒）和小RNA病毒（EV71）的分子生物学及病毒与宿主的相互作用。在Protein & Cell、Microbiology Spectrum、Journal of Virology、Viruses、Retrovirology、 Cellular Microbiology、Virology、Virus Research、Virologica Sinica等期刊上发表文章50余篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金4项（面上项目3项、青年项目1项），主持天津市重点和青年项目各1项，并在博士后期间获得第45批中国博士后科学基金二等资助，作为主要参加人先后完成“十一五”、“十二五”国家重大专项各1项，973项目1项，国家自然科学基金2项，高校博士点基金1项。
