个人简介

杨超教授入选2014年度“香江学者计划”。课题组致力于微生物代谢工程与环境生物技术的研究,开展的主要研究工作如下:(1)构建模式微生物或工业微生物的小基因组菌株,筛选具有优良生产性能的底盘细胞;(2)采用合成生物学方法构建生产生物基材料和微生物多糖的微生物细胞工厂;(3)利用合成生物技术构建高效降解环境污染物、抗逆性强的人工合成微生物;(4)研究环境中抗生素抗性细菌和抗性基因,发现新的细菌耐药机制。 至今,杨超教授以第一作者或通讯作者发表 SCI 论文 53篇,研究成果发表于Microbiome、ACS Synthetic Biology、Applied and Environmental Microbiology、Environmental Science &Technology、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Science of the Total Environment、Biotechnology for Biofuels和 J Agri Food Chem 等国际知名期刊。杨超教授先后主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目、天津市自然科学基金一般和青年项目,目前正在承担国家重点研发计划“合成生物学”重点专项和国家自然基金项目。
