个人简介

南开大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师和药物化学生物学国家重点实验室PI。任中国抗癌协会肿瘤标志物专业委员会常委、肿瘤转移专业委员会常委、中国生物化学与分子生物学学报编委、天津市侨联常委和南开大学工会教代会委员等。实验室主要从事肿瘤发生发展分子机制和抗肿瘤药物筛选等研究。在国际上首次报道了新的癌基因HBXIP可作为众多关键癌基因的转录辅激活因子在肿瘤的生长、转移、血管生成、免疫逃逸和糖脂代谢等过程中的重要作用及其分子调控机制。迄今共发表学术论文192篇,其中论著142篇(SCI 论著96篇)。近年(2010-2017年)以通讯作者在国际期刊上发表SCI 论著75 篇,其中发表在著名的国际期刊有2篇《Hepatology》、 3 篇《Cancer Research》、 2篇《Cell Research》、4 篇《Oncogene》、6篇《J.B.C》和4 篇《Carcinogenesis》等。回国后主持基金项目15项(973前期课题1项,国家自然科学基金9项,教育部和天津市基金5项),作为骨干参加973三项。在美国Nova科学出版社出版专著2部,参编学术专著3部;申请国家发明专利18项,获得国家发明专利6项。曾荣获中国抗癌协会科技奖二等奖1项,第六届中国侨界贡献(创新团队)奖1项,全国“新世纪巾帼发明家”优秀奖。
