个人简介

课题组聚焦于跨膜信号传导相关重要蛋白的结构与功能的分子机制研究。利用冷冻电镜技术及X-射线晶体学方法解析目标蛋白的高分辨率三维结构,并结合生物化学、细胞生物学、荧光显微成像技术以及电生理学技术,揭示细胞跨膜信号传导的分子机理,为相关疾病的治疗和药物的设计提供有效信息。以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Science Advances、Nature Communications、Cell reports、PNAS、EMBO Journal、PLoS Biology等国际著名刊物上发表学术论文。

教育经历

2002.9-2006.7 中国农业大学 本科; 2007.9-2012.6 南开大学 生物化学与分子生物学专业 博士。

工作经历

2012年7月至今 南开大学药物化学生物学国家重点实验室; 2016-2017 加州大学洛杉矶分校 访问学者; 2021年加入南开大学生命科学学院(与药化生国重双聘)。
